Youth Conditioning Clinic (Held before training camps start)
Don’t go to your training cams, out of shape and out of breath. Our youth hockey conditioning clinics will be for the youth players of all ages to come and get some extra conditioning in before the regular season training camps start. A majority of the sessions will be skating. But, there will be some fun and play time if the players have earned it.
